I don't receive the reset password link
It may have been flagged by your email provider as spam, so  please check your spam folder.  If it is not in there, let us know, and we will manually initiate a password reset for you.

A patent that was not granted to me is showing in my account

I don't see my order history for previous years
The order history for previous years is temporarily unavailable on the website. Feel free to reach out if you would like us to provide your previous order history via email.

Shipping & Delivery

We strive to ship your order to the provided address using the most reliable methods available. Typically, we use FedEx or USPS Ground. You will receive an email with tracking information within 24 hours of shipment. Domestic shipping usually takes 1-5 days, while international shipping typically takes 6-10 days.

Issues With Award(s)
If you have any problems with your order please contact customer service, and we will be happy to replace the item[s]. We understand that getting your replacement(s) quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process the changes quickly. The sooner you let us know, the more time we have to work on your replacement(s).


Name on Award(s)
You can provide and update your preferred name to appear on your award(s). We will use your preferred name on the award(s) as provided.

Cancellations & Modifications
If you need to change or cancel your order after submitting it, please email us directly within 24 hours of placing the order to prevent it from going into production.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
All customs, duties, and taxes will be paid for prior to your awards(s) arrival. If you happen to be charged with any of the fees, please contact us and we will take care of it for you.

Shipping to India - KYC Form
Per Indian Customs, you will be required to fill out this form before your award(s) can be delivered to you. You can read more about this requirement HERE. Upload KYC Form.

Change of Address
Please update your address prior to placing an order. If an event arises where you need to change your address during production time please email us directly with those changes. We will do our best to accommodate late address changes as long as the order has not shipped already.

Production Time
Turn around time all together should take about 20 days. It will take approximately 14 days for production and about 5 days for shipping.

Is this site owned by VZ Communications?
No, this portal is provided by AztecIP®  Solutions under contract with VZ Communications. AztecIP®  Solutions has been given permission by VZ Communications to provide this portal to VZ Communications employees in order to fulfill requests for patent recognition award commemoratives.

Questions about a Recognition Award
If you have questions about a recognition award – for example, why you received (or didn’t receive) an award – you should contact the VZ Communications Patent Group directly. If you have questions about the operation of this portal or a commemorative you ordered, you may contact Aztec IP customer service directly.

Will AztecIP® use my email or address to send me spam?
No. AztecIP®  will only use your email to communicate with you about your awards orders or your account, and only use your shipping address to send you your awards. AztecIP®  will not provide your email address or shipping address to any other party (except the shipping courier that will be delivering your award).
